Durabel Stainless Steel Convex Mirror, we have convex mirrors for every application.
Our best-selling SeeClear range of convex mirrors is affordable, durable and shatter resistant – perfect for home use on driveway exits. Choose
Sekurit toughened glass convex traffic mirrors like the S-Compact or View-Ultra for unbeatable clarity of vision. No other material will give you vision as clear as toughened glass. SEKURIT toughened convex mirrors are as strong as a typical car windscreen, offering excellent protection against vandals. If you’re looking for maximum value, we stock some of the most affordable convex mirrors in Ireland. Acrylic (plastic) traffic mirrors like the SeeClear range, View-Minder or Spion convex mirrors all offer incredible value for money. Do you need the ultimate in vandal resistance? Then choose the Durabel stainless steel convex mirror. High polished stainless steel gives excellent clarity of vision and is unbreakable.
Convex security mirrors are a simple and reliable solution to eliminating safety hazards in dangerous areas where visibility is limited. It is essential, however, that the mirror be installed correctly. Be sure to choose an adequately sized convex mirror for your application. Don’t forget, we supply a wide range of mounting brackets, wall adaptors and 76mm galvanised poles to help you mount the convex mirror in the correct position. The Spion range of acrylic mirrors comes with a handy wall mounting bracket which can be attached to a wall or even a large pole.
Typically, a 600mm diameter mirror is sufficient to see up to six metres away (a narrow country lane), while an 800mm diameter roadside mirror has a typical maximum observation distance of 11 metres, that is; the driver should be no more than 11 metres away from the mirror when using it. A mirror that is too small may in fact hinder traffic safety.
