Complete Kit, available in various sizes, select your required length above. The Easy Rider Complete Speed Bump Kit includes everything you need to lay a speed bump: mid-sections in a combination of 1200 and 1800mm lengths, end-caps for each end, and fixings for tarmac or concrete installation.

Fixings are included in the Easy Rider Complete Speed Bump Kit which means that you will have everything you need to install your high-quality ramp.

The Easy Rider rubber speed bump reduces vehicle speeds to maximum. 5 mph (approx.), making car parks safer for pedestrians and motorists. Constructed from 100% recycled tyres, GNR speed bumps are pre-fabricated to ensure a smooth, safe ride. The channeled bottom helps facilitate drainage as well as cover cabling or piping. The Easy Rider speed ramps flexible design conforms to the contour of virtually any road surface. The Easy Rider speed ramp can be installed for temporary or permanent use, and is covered by a 3 year warranty on the speed ramp and a 1 year warranty on the yellow markings (under normal usage).

What fixings come with the kit?

For concrete roadways we supply a 100mm coachscrew and rawlplug. For tarmac surfaces we supply the 360mm rebar spike. The speed bump kit will be shipped with sufficient fixings to complete the installation. By default we will include tarmac fixings, if you prefer fixings for concrete please menion this in the notes on checkout.

Can Pittman Traffic & Safety arrange installation of the Easy Rider Speed Bump Kit?

We are pleased to arrange installation of the speed bumps in most areas of Ireland. Our sub-contractors are fully insured, registered and trained in traffic management. Call us on 1890 20 23 75 for a price on installation.

Does the kit really contain everything we need to self-install the speed bump?

Yes all the components of the speed bump are included. Remember however you will also need to put sufficient signage in place to warn motorists of the correct speed limit as well as the presence of the speed bump. Watch the installation video for details of the tools you will need to supply.

Is it easy to install the Easy Rider Speed Bump?

Yes, in fact, the Easy Rider is the easiest and quickest to install of all the speed ramps we supply. Anyone with at least good to advanced DIY skills could install the ramp. It is however very important to fully assess any safety hazards or risks during the install. Remember by definition you will be working in the middle of a roadway. Temporary signs should be in place to warn motorists combined with a proper traffic management plan and safety statement.
