Being a small – medium family run business means we are flexible enough to work on our customers terms – be it meeting an important deadline or ensuring you have full tracking information on your deliveries.

All members of our small friendly team are fully trained in sales and customer service so your call won’t be transferred endlessly between departments.

We always answer the phone with a smile! If we don’t know the answer we’ll get you the right information quickly. Once we have despatched your order we will pass all delivery information to you (tracking reference, courier phone numbers etc.).

We offer a No Quibble Returns policy on stock items ordered online. Our website is fully secure and we’re careful with your data (see our privacy policy). We know once your product has been delivered we can still help with technical / installation advice.
