The Autobahn Steel Flexi-Post gives you a clever answer to protecting property in areas where there is a high risk of collisions with vehicles while also minimising the damage done to the vehicle.
The base of the post has four heavy-duty springs which flex when they are hit with force and are protected by a separate steel plate. The post can bend up to 30° once it is hit, giving the driver time to realise he has hit something without causing much damage to the vehicle.
You can easily install the post with 4 pre-drilled holes in the base plate allowing you to bolt it to the ground. You can also connect a chain to the post by adding our “chain eyes” which are simply screwed by hand through two pre-drilled holes at the top of the post. This allows you to close off larger areas using the chain which can be opened and closed as you wish.
These warehouse bollards are perfect for:
• Busy warehouses with lots of internal and external traffic such as pallet trucks, forklifts and trucks. The post can help avoid expensive collisions with shelving and loading bays
• Blind spots where trucks may have trouble reversing into areas
