The RS115 Retention Socket can be installed direclty into concrete and provides an excellent method to allow sub-surface bollards to be removed if needed. These highly durable sockets allow for quick and easy insertion of bollards on site and provide excellent stabilising benefits while they are in place.
Each socket is made from highly durable Ductile iron and cast steel plate for the surface - the socket can be inserted into the ground where the bollard can be be inserted inside. Once in place the bollard will remain in a fixed position and can be accessed through the steel panel on the surface should the need arise.
The retention sockets are perfect for areas where there is a need to remove sub-surface bollards over time - they help in many ways including reducing the need to excavate areas over and over if paths or walkways need to be maintenanced regularly.
