TRAFFIC-LINE SRA cushion kits are 180cm wide, with a plateau section width of 120cm, therefore buses and coaches can drive over them without causing discomfort to passengers. The wheels of buses actually only make contact with the lower edges of the cushion, which does not affect the driving dynamics of the vehicle. TRAFFIC-LINE SRA speed reduction cushions are divided style plateau cushions and so therefore will not affect existing road drainage

Features a steeper ramp inclination than the TRAFFIC-LINE SRB hump. Recommended where speed reduction at specific points is required e.g. near kindergartens, schools, nursing homes etc.
TRAFFIC-LINE SRA cushions are particularly suitable for transition from 30 mph to 20 mph zones as their presence makes drivers aware of the need to reduce speed.
The relatively low height of the TRAFFIC-LINE SRA cushions (6.5cm) enables them to be negotiated by all types of vehicles.
We do not recommend installing the cushions in a transverse direction, as they do not feature safety reflective strips on the side edges. It is however possible to provide on-site THERMO-line thermoplastic road markings in front of the TRAFFIC-LINE SRA cushion.
