What kind of bike rack options can I buy from Pittman?
Our Compact Bike Rack comes with three, four or five slots - ideal for wall or floor mounting. This bike rack is also perfect for home use or for children bikes in schools. It’s simple to install and allows you to quickly and easily keep bikes organised and tidy. Two holes to bolt the bike rack to the ground are on both ends, allowing you to quickly install it.
If you need to store a number of bikes in a small area, the Low-Profile Bike Rack has an “Up-Down” design which lets you squeeze as many bicycles as possible into one area because the handle bars won’t be hitting each other. It comes flat packed and comes with all the fixings you need to install the bike rack. The galvanised steel also means it won’t rust so it’s perfect for outdoor use. The Sheffield Bike Rack is a favourite with property managers and comes in a surface or sub-surface mount. The galvanised steel means it won’t rust outdoors. This bicycle rack is designed so you can lock the entire frame of the bike to the bike rack, rather than the wheel which can be removed by thieves. It gives you excellent bike security at an economical price.
Can Pittman provide bike shelters?
Pittman Traffic and Safety Equipment’s range of bicycle racks and bike storage sheds are great for protecting bicycles against the elements. We have a number of different designs for any environment, and are popular with schools, universities, large corporations and public areas. They’re ideal for cover against the common Irish rain so you can have a dry seat as you cycle home. Our most popular bike shelter is the Dublin Bike Shelter - this high quality steel frame comes as flat packed for easy self assembly on site, including all fixings and polycarbonate sheets to use on the back and sides of the shelter. Each bike shelter can fit up to 10 bikes when using our Sheffield Cycle Stands or our Low-Profile Bike Racks.
Also in our range is the excellent Velo Up Regular Two Tier Bike Rack. These high quality two-tier bike racks allow for excellent storage capabilities in an area, allowing you to utilise unused space above ground mounted bike racks. Each set of Two-Tier Bike Racks comes with an easy to use gas-assisted strut that allows for quick and easy bike storage.

Standard delivery on stock items is approximately 2-3 days from date of order. Non-stock items and bespoke items may deliver from one of our UK or European warehouses and can range range from 2 to 8 weeks.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and we are not responsible for any event or delay out of our control.
We ship orders daily using Fastway, DHL and various pallet services. The standard shipping charge is €14.50 for single or small quantities that can go with a regular courier.
Larger items and quantities may require delivery via pallet service. Pallet charges range from €80.00 for single pallets or €160.00 for double pallets.

We accept all Laser, Mastercard, Visa and Paypal payments through our website or over the phone. If you would prefer to pay via bank transfer we can send you a pro-forma invoice with our relevant bank details. Orders are processed once full payment has been received.
We offer a 30-day no quibble returns policy on stock items only. If you would like to return stock items you can do so easily by returning them to our main Athy office at your cost.
Please note all items must be in original condition and packaging. Any refunds will be made once the items are checked by our warehouse team and deemed to be in good condition.
