The Cane Detection Door Barrier has been designed to boost safety and accessibility in indoor or outdoor spaces. The highly effective barrier provides an excellent guide to the visually impaired by including a tap bar at the bottom of the barrier. The tap bar will help the visually impaired locate the barrier, helping them access building entrances and safely reduce the risk of accidents.
Each barrier is made from grade 304 stainless steel, providing a high-quality and stylish finish to the premises. The tap bar is located 150mm above ground after installation. The barrier is also equipped with integral base plates for a quick and easy installation directly into the ground.
The satin stainless steel finish is perfect for professional environments and is highly resistant to rusting and corrosion in non-coastal environments. For more permanent installation, consider the sub-surface barrier option instead.
Note that all orders come in single pieces only. For a single door two barriers will usually be required. Be sure to order the correct amount of barrier for your project.
